Los Plebes Atrevidos

Voy a cantar un corrido, de dos plebes atrevidos

I'm going to sing a corrido, about two daring guys

Pasaban haciendo bromas, por toditos los ejidos

They passed by, joking around in all the ejidos

Tomando coña del bueno, con toditos sus amigos

Taking good-natured teasing, with all of their friends

Se celebraba una boda, en el rancho de la mora

A wedding was being celebrated, at La Mora's ranch

La fiesta era al aire libre, a petició de la novia

The party was outdoors, at the bride's request

Queria que el viento llevara, la musica hasta la loma

She wanted the wind to carry the music up to the hill

Ellos no eran invitados, se invitaron a su modo

They weren't invited, they invited themselves in their own way

La musica estaba buena, con la banda del recodo

The music was good, with the Recodo band

Tambien musica norteña, juanito es de los cachorros

Also northern music, Juanito is from the cachorros

Llegaron, los invitaron a sentarse en una mesa

They arrived, they were invited to sit at a table

El mesero les decia ¿quieren vino o cerveza?

The waiter asked them, "Do you want wine or beer?"

Uno de ellos le contesta a mi traime esa princesa

One of them replies, "Bring me that princess"

Su compañero le dice: eso no te lo permito

His companion says, "I won't allow that"

Ya se lo que estas pensando, eres bastante maldito

I know what you're thinking, you're quite wicked

Eso ni dios lo perdona, es matrimonio bendito

Not even God forgives that, it's a blessed marriage

Ya despues de media noche, cuando el demonio anda suelto

Later, after midnight, when the devil is loose

Pescó a la novia de un brazo y tiró un balazo al viento

He grabbed the bride by the arm and fired a shot into the wind

Y asi se la fue llevando hasta lograr ese intento

And so he took her away until he achieved that attempt

La novia al verse perdida prefirió mejor la muerte

The bride, seeing herself lost, preferred death

Manoteandole el volante se estrellaron en un puente

Slapping his hands on the steering wheel, they crashed into a bridge

Y asi acabaron las bromas de aquellos dos delincuentes

And so ended the jokes of those two delinquents

Ya con esta me despido, voy a acompañar al novio

Now, with this, I say goodbye, I'm going to accompany the groom

Aunque se siente muy triste ay que lidiar los cachorros

Although he feels very sad, he has to deal with the cachorros
